A lot on bronze. Silver, and Gold, hardly ever get disconnects.

Pretty often. More times than not I'm in the lobby and...
1. Host quits because players don't say they are ready quick enough.
2. I quit because stupid kids "Hello? Anyone have a mic?" *gross sounds*

I've never disconnected. I've had some game bugs though, like my character being frozen.

I think I got one or two disconnects but those were cases were my friends' connections were having issues, but other than those, I haven't been disconnected.
I did have an issue last night where I couldn't connect to a friend's game. Again though, that could've been issues with my connection or hers.

Too. Many. To. Count. If the game disconnects me 3 times in a row, I quit and do something else for a while. This has actually happened quite a bit so it's taken me a little longer than everybody else to reach level 20 on one character so far.

On Xbox I lose connection in the lobby a lot but not once a game starts. Did have one really buggy game due to a bad connection that had me glitching all over the map and unable to use charge. On PC its been worse but that's no major loss since I suck on PC anyway. I did think it was glitching at one point though when in reality my sister had remapped the movement to the arrow keys o_O that made my already bad PC skills even worse.
