Okay, so I just purchased a Veteran Pack after a match ended and someone left the lobby at the same time. It then said my purchase was not processed. My credits were taken, but I did not get anything from it. This is a bit  of a problem for obvious reasons.

Sometimes the purchase will go through (as mentioned) but this is not always the case - We are aware of this and are working on a solution. Thanks!
