I've not been able to find any team capable of taking on Silver+ challenges, it doesn't help that I have no PC gamer friends (damn consoles stole all my friends away!) so I'm stuck to farming credits in bronze with L20 Krogan Soldier and L18 Human Vanguard. Or if I want a challenge swapping to one of my low-level alts.

I'm waiting to unlock Asari Adept so I can train up that class (don't feel like playing Human Adept :\\)
