Frankly OP You would've been far better off asking for people who didn't use f@g and f@g*** during gameplay.

No unnecessary slurs.

Or make a group or something and put a banner in your sig.

That said this isn't anymore discriminatory than the s/s romance thread or the o/s romance thread.

Well that could be implemented going forward but I was hoping for a direct change that I could make to this topic's title so that way people know my intention but nobody feels as though I am making any sort of point about any other group be whatever or whoever they are.

Ah, back from watching a movie and this topic is still moving, truly an expert trolling.

Find a clan. Get some friends to buy the game. Go ask the S/S guys begging Bioware to bisexualize everybody perhaps. If you talk about being gay on a public server you've brought whatever responses you get upon yourself. That's the internet. Everybody gets offended by something on the internet. People are playing multiplayer to relax, kill some things, and earn some loot. If you're there for that, you should have no problem with dealing with the unwashed masses in random matches.

I am still curious how quickly a "straight Mass Effect players" topic would get shut down. The double-standards of political correctness. Same goes for race, gender, whatever. As the big bad "majority" it's apparently some sort of -ism or -phobia if you admit you relate better to somebody who is straight.

I'm pretty sure it'd be left alone as long as there wasn't unnecessary homophobia or gay bashing going on.

You don't have to insult other groups to celebrate your own. It's irritating how many seem to forget that.

Just to clarify are you accusing me of being a troll when I have tried as best I knew how to qualm the troll-speech however I knew that would go unsuccessful with human nature.  Also I honestly though more people would be initially angered by the fact that I didn't put a "?" mark in my title (which again did occur to me after the fact)

Actually, the OP is looking for a specific group of people to play Mass Effect with. That specific group of people share similar interest. That sounds perfectly fine in a video game forum.
