Now you're just speaking nonsense. People have always had to fight for their rights when they're the minority. You realize you're talking about apples and oranges here? Apartheid had its roots in Colonialism and racial politics. There, the white settlers had the power, which they abused. They might not had been the majority, but they had the power, and they made the rules.

In modern democracies, majority have the power, they make the rules. Which is why straight people don't get to whine when the LGBTQ get their own exclusive spaces. They need them, straight people don't.

They don't need them, they choose to use them. That is a key difference here.

That said, whoever started complaining about the title of the thread, if it offends you so much don't read the thread. Simple as that. Now if you are looking for gay friends online, you can add my bi-self, PM me your S/N.

 I'm sorry, but please. What would you do if you weren't "oppressed?" The gay lobbies feed off of their own victimhood in a greater capacity than anything I've ever seen. Through their pathetic charade of championing tolerance (lol) I've lost any respect I may have had for the movement.

It's not about tolerance. It's not about equality. It's about feeling sorry for yourself and putting up a show. Persecution, you use the term so loosely..

Primarily XBL as that is what I have but I am not discriminating against PSN or Origin just economics currently are discrimination on those at least from myself lol (had to put that in before someone played that card).

Equality in treatment?  Never existed. If you've got the money, the connections, or even the brain, all "laws" are rather pliable..

Rights are more for decoration than praticality. They are there for you to feel good about yourself, and they vanish at the moment they are inconvenient. They don't really mean anything. And it's not like that's what your lobbies are after anyway.

And I am perfectly content with the status of your group.  The more you give, the more they'll take and the more they'll expect. Best keep those expectations low! :happy: Does it mean I want you killed off? No, it means you would like to think that's what I think. If it makes you feel better about yourself, feel free to propagate such nonsense.

While I'd get to be part of this super elite club...

To educate the majority - you must properly assimilate into the majority mob mentality. Once this is achieved - convincing them they came up with some enlightened concept (like, not caring at all if someone is gay) - helps them to acclimate to those of us who have experienced a less catered to lifestyle.

That being said... I just want to be the last one standing... help all my compatriots back on their feet and say: "You were saved by a ******... now let me drink those man tears of shame."
