Now you're just speaking nonsense. People have always had to fight for their rights when they're the minority. Same case in this situation, because it's just to treat people the same and allow them the same rights. To accept or advocate for less is to promote an ignorance that shouldn't exist any longer.

Equality in treatment?  Never existed. If you've got the money, the connections, or even the brain, all "laws" are rather pliable..

Rights are more for decoration than praticality. They are there for you to feel good about yourself, and they vanish at the moment they are inconvenient. They don't really mean anything. And it's not like that's what your lobbies are after anyway.

And I am perfectly content with the status of your group.  The more you give, the more they'll take and the more they'll expect. Best keep those expectations low! :happy: Does it mean I want you killed off? No, it means you would like to think that's what I think. If it makes you feel better about yourself, feel free to propagate such nonsense.

Yeah, I don't belong to any groups, and I didin't claim you believed anything. If you like ti infer things, that's an issue that rests with you and you alone. However restricting rights may be, it doesn't mean people should stop trying to gain equality. That's what makes a country better, people willing to change and influence a government with the intent of being magnanimous with it's people.

When you're disconnected from the fray it's easy to see how ridiculous it is. I'm gay and even I think the gay movement goes all sorts of wrong ways trying to get its point across, even if their frustrations toward unequal opportunity are justified.

Not to say I've never been in the fray, as it's very easy to get caught up in emotion.

We don't ask for perfect equality, just more equality. Of course, when we get more equality there will be the select few who demand more, but the majority of us understand theres no such thing, but we have an idea of what we'd like, and it's not far fetched.

This is a gaming forum. Stop summarising an entire debate of equality to a 4 point post... Its stupid.
