So last night my brother and I were playing multiplayer. We wanted to play together but we also wanted other people to fill in the two remaining slots. We played through as far as we could get multiple times. We actually made it to full extraction twice.

Anyway, Is there some sort of setting on our xboxes that is preventing others from joining? Please note that both of our NATs are open. I guess the better question would be what settings would allow for others to find our hosted games?

Is your game set to "public"?

I hate it too when public spots aren't filling. They don't do it even on public games when players leave. Only in mid-game I have seen it happen.

I think the problem is that too many people are creating new games. I can't count how many times I've joined a lobby with one player sitting there alone. My question is: Why don't these people just join other games?

As long as there are games on your desired difficulty level to join you should NOT create your own game. Easy as that. I've never created a lobby and always found a game with the appropriate difficulty level, good connection and appropriately leveled characters.

No, I can change mine to "private" that's what I do when I want to invite people, then if I still have spots left, I switch over to public so thoer people can join.

Agreed, I can't even remember the last time I had to create a public match in any game. Though the match making system needs work, I have been searching for a bronze level game to level up a character and got chucked into a Gold match (I was level 3 at the time )

No this thread is correct, yesterday (UK) there wasn't any problem at all with people joining matches, it took no more than 30 seconds and the space would be filled. Today however, you could wait five minutes in the lobby and no new players would arrive, and if playing the game, if somebody left - chances are no-one arrived to fill the gap..

I'm in the UK as well and I haven't had a problem finding full games, the main problem I'm finding is that people are quitting out before the game starts, I've even had people dropping out of games that were just about to start.

When i set up a pubic game, no one has ever joined me or my friends, just sit in a empty lobby. All nats are fully opened.

Hopefully it is rectified in the main game so people selecting quickmatch will join people who have public lobbies. It certainly is not happening now

Im in Australia and play on Xbox. No problem joining people in quick games whatsoever,

The problem is setting up a public lobby and you expect that random people will be able to join through selecting a quickmatch search.

Since release none of my friends or people ive played with have had anyone join their public lobbies.

Me and my buds (sometimes its 2/4 or 3/4 slots occupied by us) will run and do four to five extractions and not a single person will join.
