Oh, so you haven't used the weapon yet?  I'm pretty sure there is a charging time, seeing how there are minchargetime/maxchargetime values (those that the Cain has) in coalesced...

The geth pulse rifle doesn't have any charge time either, neither does the widow. The guns that have charge times have them stated in their descriptions: much like the geth shotgun.

Do I have I have to be a certain class to use widow?

I've been using an engineer, If my engineer can use it eventually, how the heck do I get it?!

No, I'm pretty sure the 0.25 second charge time is mandatory.  It's not optional like the geth plasma shotgun (which doesn't have a minchargetime vlue).

If you actually used the gun and didn't find there to be a charge-up time, then I'm wrong, but If you haven't then you shouldn't be saying things like this.

It will seriously hamper the cooldowns of your abilities.  You get it via random unlock in multiplayer (which will be really hard).

How did you guys get the javelin to work? I got it in mah inventory, but it won't let me spawn in an MP match with it

I mainly use assault rifles, but all this talk about the Widow got me interested. I actually unlocked it fairly early in the demo and didn't think much of it. So I decided to give it a try tonight and ended up loving it. Thanks guys!

you guys are so lucky all I got is a Phalanx and Tempest none of which I like TBH ME2 Phanlanx was awesome but this one is kinda meh for me
