So, I'm playing a turian sentinel in MP, lvl 12 atm, and I'm having a very hard time choosing between the durability or decreased recharge timer. What do you people think is the best option?

The choice for me is Durability. You'll stay alive longer and use your precious healing items less often for when you truly need them. As a fellow sentinel I went for my fitness having lots of health and shields. The tech armor adds to that ability to survive.

Pretty much what Domanese said.
The tech armor detonation is okay, but I don't find myself using it much. On the other hand, the bonuses to defense that it offers are great.

Ew tech armor. I only have 1 point in that.
Warp/Overload/Weapon Stability+Dmg is so much better.

I went Recharge, mostly because I don't use the detonation; if you read carefully, you'll notice that it's a reduction to the Armor's penalty to the Cooldown period.
