I just had a BSOD and am also using an AMD 6950 video card, so that might be a problem? Full specs:

It is not in the nature of game software to trigger BSODs. All of you need to look for other causes.

There is also a report of BSOD with GTX 540 so it's not a radeon specific issue. This all started to happen after installing the new multiplayer DLC.
There are some crash dump files on the computer but are they automatically sent to the right authors via internet, if not, then they aren't doing any good on my harddrive. ME3 seems to be running pretty well as long as I have a debugger attached in the process, otherwice, it's a CTD or BSOD.

I have noticed that my bluescreen comes more often/earlier when I buy from the store, I cant even play one bronze match anymore before I get a bluescreen. Maybe a solution comes soon, it may be possible you guys got the same problem or just noticed it right now.

I talked to EA advisor they told me to turn off CPU 2 and 3 left only 0 and 1. Don't know if it's work or not but I'll wait and see
