Okay, so getting through all of the Time Trial, Capture, Survival, and Hunt missions was annoying in-and-of itself, now I'm on this ridiculously hard mission, and was wondering if anyone who has beaten it has any pointers. I can't last more than 3 minutes it seems...
But yeah, tips as to which squad members to pick, weapons to use, useful cover, vantage points, etc. would be much appreciated.

Get to the choppa! Collect the data or whatever in the middle of the area and then get to cover. (Stairs and balcony areas are good for funneling the foes. Two such areas have turrents if you are looking for them)
I usually bring a couple of tanks or Biotics (Wrex + Ashley or Liara). Use Shredder VII rounds if you have them (+40% weapon damage against organics) and Spectre Gear weapons of course. Disable the turrents with a quickness.
Don't worry about killing everyone, just hold your ground and keep your bros alive to suck up incoming fire.
Also, Armor Mods stack, so two Medical Exoskeletons give an amazing health regen rate.

Personally I did it with adept shep, wrex, and garrus. Was close though. Like other survival missions I'd say a good bit is about finding a good place to hold out.
One thing I've been wondering though, is pinnicle station enemies affected by your difficulty setting?
