I was playing with my female human Sentinel, but after a few games only one of my power was available the 3. The other powers just disapear from my quickslot bar.Also I couldn't change my weapon because I couldn't use my middle mouse button. I noticed that I was watching music in youtube(playlist) and it always happen when the song changed. I just had to alt+tab to be able to change weapon. But I didn't find any solution for the powers, and it was more than one game.
Only one power +changing weapon impossible

I've had this problem as well, but with my Drell Vanguard, I only have Pull (2nd slot) I can't drag any powers to the quickslot, really irritating, they better have this fixed for the full game, this used to happen to me all the time in ME1

It happened again with my Soldier(not really a problem because I only charge and kill them with my melee attack ,but with an engineer it is)
