You forgot to post your PC specs. This symptom is usually the result of trying to run the game on unsupported graphics hardware, more specifically an Intel chipset.

Officially, it's an unsupported piece of fecal matter. Unofficially, I totally agree. The system requirements are well known, and Intel is specifically named as unsupported in them.

If it's an issue with an onboard GPU, you could always install a new graphics card that is compatible with ME2..

ME2 runs on just about any hardware so it's suprising to see any one with problems.......

Def a graphics card (GPU) issue. My first guess is overheating? Did you OC it? if so make it default settings. Do you know the temps of your card? You can check out hwmonitor for temps. Should be the first link if you google it...

If not OC, the completely remove drivers.. use something like 'Driver Sweeper' to remove the remaiing drivers. Install the latest drivers, reboot and try the game again.

Need more specs about your PC to do better troubleshooting.....

good luck!

Unfortunately, if you're running a laptop with an onboard GPU, you really don't have any options. You can't add a real graphics card, and the onboard GPU will likely be an issue with many games, not only ME2.

Wish I had better advice to give you, but short of putting together a desktop system, there's not much you can do with that laptop.

Pretty much what Panzer Gold says... Desktop it going to be the way to go. Suggest it anyways for ME3. :)

Still don't know what OS, but my guess is 64bit WinXP?

Your video card does not even have the min memory requerment for a video card. It wont even be worth playing.

This is for ME2 --
Minimum Graphics requirements
NVIDIA GeForce 6800 256 MB or ATi Radeon X1600 Pro 256 MB

Suggested Graphics requirements
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 512 MB or ATi Radeon HD 2900 XT 512 MB or better

Good luck!

You can try using the laptop as frezbee or a chopping board. Not much else you can do with a integrated GPU.. atleast not gaming wise.

Another valid option is to play text based games, I heard some of them are good if you have a good imagination.
