There are human male and female, and I can understand not being Salarian, Krogan and Drell females, but there is no Quarian male characters, which is odd as the military seems to be mostly made up of male Quarians (evident by both of Tali's missions in ME2 having male squads to back her up).
Doesn't make much sense to me.
Confused at lack of Quarian Male character option...

It COULD be that they just left it out to save space in the demo. Or that they'll add it later (for free! It better be.)

I want multiple genders for all races. Mainly to know what turian and drell females officially look like. Just me though.

It's possible, but I highly doubt it, because of the way the race/gender selection is set up (they're all in even sets, whereas having multiple gender option for Quarian would make those classes appear to have more options). It's not a major thing, just slightly confusing.

I noticed this too. It is also quite odd considering that Kal-Reegar, a male Migrant Fleet Marine, was perhaps the second most prominent Quarian in ME2 after Tali, and that most of his marines also appeared to male.

And Salarian for that matter. Also, I don't understand why male and female humans are separate "races". Seems kind of silly. I understand that Salarians keep the females on the homeworld much like the Krogan, because they're too valuable. Not sure about the Turians and the Asari is self-explanatory.
I specified Quarians because we've already seen Quarian males, so it's just a matter of importing that model in with little actual work involved.
