Maybe some of them have been mentioned but...

1) Alternate Appearance Pack: When you meet Zaeed, he will wear a pirate hat, a fake beard, a eyepatch and have a parrot on his shoulder. But if you don't like the costume, you can deactivate the appearance for Zaeed by going to options and turn off the appearance. Every squadmate now has a apperance that gives them a top hat, monacle and fake mustache. Yes, even the females. And so does Shepard.

2) Casual outfits in battle: Who says you can't go to battle in a N7 Hoodie? With this pack, you can go into battle wearing either your Alliance uniform, your N7 Hoodie or even in a mascot costume! Same goes for squadmates also.

3) N7 Medal of Duty Code of Honor: Adds a minigame which allows you to play Code of Honor! Not only in single player but in co-op also, as you and maybe your friends, battle against raging teenagers online! No competitive MP, however. Just a tweaked version of co-op.
