[Techlology]

Best AND worst moment: Tanking Wave 10 Silver (Priority Target) with my drell vanguard. The rest of my squad got wtfpwned by 3 turrets very early on in the wave, leaving me to deal with 4 Atlases, a whole crap ton of Phantoms and 4 targeted Guardians. Was horrifyingly intense.

Soloing the whole objective wave with Atlas, phantoms and the engineers on my ass, with 1 minute timer on the "download" objective. It was pretty great!

Worst momments are those when the game doesn't work properly and glitches out.

Best: The first time I completed silver. Was rather happy.

Worst: Squad wipe on Gold extraction wave. D:

I'm fond of my first success, largely because we were all downed with thirteen seconds to go, but one of us hadn't been executed when the clock ran out.

Also on the fave tip: getting two Guardians lined up just right so I could find out if the Widow can shoot someone through a shield, a guy, and his shield. It can.


Least? That time I completed the tenth wave only for my connection to the game to give out. I really hope I wasn't hosting that one.

 Favorite: I was playing as a salarian infiltrator on silver with 3 other team mates ( not sure what they were playing). The last round on the trashed map place when we have to go back to the LZ and we are all holding off the position on top of the ramps. Guardians swarm us as well as a few atlas and slaughter my entire team. I managed to hold the line and got out of there in one piece. That was also the first time I figured out you get rewarded for being the last one alive.
Other cool moments consist of me soloing most of a round with the salarian infiltrator or running around as a krogan soldier ripping phantoms, turrets, and troopers up like a hot knife through butter.
Least favorite: Everyone dies rezzing me after I did something stupid. Another one was as a vanguard after charging to an enemy to get to safety I realize there's a turret there, so I quickly run in a random direction with barely any barrier left. After I turn around the corner I get mowed down by a turret that was JUST placed there. I swear that engi just wanted to spite me. <_<

Best: I wanted to tryout engineer and some new guns. So I am lvl 1, and was just messing around with the weapons, There was only one other person in the lobby so i had pressed ready. suddenly the game started. I had equipped Sniper and AR. So the recharge time on my pointless incinerate was ages, and it turns out the Viper is pretty lame sniper. so basically I am lvl 1 toon with no powers an unmodded mattock and only 1 squad mate. We did it but it was hard.

Worst: my infiltrator is cryo spam build - so not getting kills or having cryo freeze count as assists :-(

as an Asari Adept...locked down and smoked 4 phantoms on gold..back to back to back to back..in a single wave....

This isn't realy good or bad but I thought it was kind of odd. Started out a match with 2 guys I had been playing with for hours. Then anther guy joined 2nd wave. Then 1 quit. It went on like that the whole match. By the time we beat it 10 people were involed.

Joining a gold game, only to find that all 3 are dead on wave 3. There were only 2 enemies left, a nemesis and a trooper. I put a stasis bubble on the trooper, and the nemesis one-shot kills me (don't ask me how). I use my revive kit. I put a stasis bubble on the nemesis and start shooting at the trooper. I do no damage, and he is standing still, obvious lag is obvious. A moment later, the game gets back to normal, and I'm dead again. I use my second revive kit, and put a stasis bubble on the trooper, go into cover and wait for my warp to cool-down. I cast warp on the stasis trooper, only to find that it has no effect, the game lagged out again. After it got back to normal, I found that I was dead, and that voice in the comm said that there is only one more enemy left, the nemesis.

I quickly did a shame-quit.

Best moment:

Joined my first Silver game (asari adept, lvl 14 or so) to find out the other three were wiped out on the first wave with buttloads of enemies left. I managed to finish the wave (had to use 1 medigel though). Felt good.

We proceeded to survive the two subsequent waves and then in wave 5 some of them get killed and immediately the hosting player left. I end up alone at the start of the wave again and decide to quit. That was my worst straight away

Overall I'm enjoying myself immensely, even with nitwits in the team. But those moments where you encounter 1 or more players that appreciate the support and you start working as a symbiotic mayhem machine are simply glorious..

Best moment - Opening a vet pack to see a krogan soldier and squealing like a little girl. Switching off my console to eat dinner and watch a little tv. Come back to the demo and play a round as said krogan, pwning all before me with my wicked melee skills. Having enough cash at the end of the game to buy another vet pack and seeing another krogan soldier in there.

Worst moment - Having some random 11 year old douchebag scream at me to revive him while im trying to survive a seemingly never ending onslaught of centurions, engineers and guardians. Needless to say once I died and the game finished I left the group in a hurry.

Best: Owning Bronze with two people 4 times in a row.

Worst: Carrying three level 1's on my Krogan soldier, and them not reviving me when I went down (for the first time) on wave 10 -.- ... we lost, of course >.<

Worst moment - happened just a few hours ago, actually. 9th wave, Noveria map. An Infiltrator and I were holding down one position while our two teammates were working on another at the other end of the map. Both teammates got smoked, so the Infiltrator and I were left to deal with the rest of the wave ourselves...and it was going pretty well, until the Infiltrator tried to reposition and got jumped by a Phantom. I'm a Vanguard, so I charged the Phantom and tried to revive the Infiltrator...without checking if the Phantom was dead. So about halfway through she ran over and plunged her sword into my gut, losing us the match. Do you guys know how easy it is for Vanguards to curbstomp Phantoms solo? I just about shame-quitted right there.

Best moment - The exact same team didn't seem to hate me in the match afterward (or if they did, they were very quiet about it), and we all kicked some serious ass. First time I've gotten through a Silver match with full extraction! Wish I'd gotten some of their names down; definitely one of the most teamwork-oriented squads I've worked with.

Making it through to a full extraction on silver (or God forbid, gold) with a random team is almsot more fun than having a premade squad imo.

I remember this one time when the whole team was down except for me and I Charged around the whole map to resurrect them all, killing a whole lot of enemies in the process.

I also have fond memories of my second completed Silver match, mostly because of the ludicrous amount of Phantoms I punched to death.

Have to say, I laughed out loud at BiO_MaN!

My best moment was on Firebase White, the Noveria map, where there was myself (a human female infiltrator), a quarian engineer and two others, can't remember which class/race. The other two kept running around solo and dying while me and the quarian held the high area near the landing zone. The other two quit during wave 3 and so we retreated into the room behind the high area and held our ground until wave 9, heading out for a hacking mission somewhere in between. Man I was enjoying myself, just sniping everything (a phantom was my favorite moment of course) that was trying to come through the corridor while the quarian held the way to the right. Finally an atlas and some centurions and guardians swarmed us and we couldn't get away in time, and I died heroically trying to revive my squadmate.

The thing is, we had been silent all match. But when the intensity finally dropped with both of us dead, I just said in a resigned tone, "Well, it was a good battle." And he just laughed and said "yeah." So many cool moments with this game, this is much more fun than Halo at least (in my humble opinion, of course).

Biotic charged straight onto a phantom instakill. Perfect transistion
Store system.
Being a krogan on a team of novaguards. I joined late and got absolutely no kills.

Favorite moment: Once carried three teamates on Gold with a Human Engineer with a Phaeston X thru waves 8,9, and 10 and was the sole surivor on wave 11.

Worst moment: Every time the game was unplayable due to lag.
