This, Udina isn't Udina anymore without his classy blue Vans

Udina's case would be a strange de-aging.

This is starting to get annoying. It's like every second character in ME3 only even looks vaguely like they did in the other games. Anderson's face is wrong, and has been since the first footage. It looks better now than it did in the earliest screenshots when he had the hat on and the same gear as Shepard, but it still doesn't look quite like Anderson. That looks nothing much like Udina at all. Perhaps Udina 20 years ago, but not from ME1 and ME2. Chakwas looks weird there. Kirrahe is entirely the wrong colour.
Seriously... is this the beginning of some kind of visual retcon, ala DA2 or something? Why don't half the cast in ME3 look like they used to?!
"visual retcon"? you're still bashing anything and everything it seems. U mad bra?

Of course I'm mad. I expect characters too look consistent and like they did before. That's how I recognise them. When every second character seems to not even really look like they, it's inconsistent and annoying. Especially given that this is supposed to be a trilogy. I expect Anderson to look like Anderson, Udina to look like Udina, and Kirrahe to not be Morlan and look like Kirrahe. Changing his skin from green to brown and using the wrong face model is akin to if Anderson was suddenly white in ME3 or if Liara was suddenly using Shiala's green skin model in ME3 with no explanation.

I recognized Anderson and Udina without a problem. Visual development is nothing new to characters, I learned to live with that a long time ago. And I thought salarians changed facial tones as they aged? Kirrahe's texture looked identical, it's just the color that was darkened.
lol you do better than me. I can only tell from their voice or when othere characters tell me who they are. I honestly can not tell wrex and wreave apart other than wrex likes me better.

Easiest way to tell: Wrex has scars on the right side of his face. Wreav doesn't.Nima55 wrote...

Udina makes me so wet I wanna feel his political hole. For real.
As for the AC changes I guess with a better engine then no doubt character appearances will change but some of the redesigns have been pretty damn crazy. I don't mind Anderson, his face was a bit too fat and chubby in ME1 and 2
As for AC:Revelations, I don't agree with the changes for Desmond. All I think of when I see Desmond in that game is HEY DESMOND CUZZIN WANNA GO BOWLING? The changes in appearance on Altair and Ezio are okay, I mean jeez they are aging now so you can't expect them to look the same as always, heh.
Udina with his black hair... well... maybe he coloured it?
I almost faint when he yells: "SEND THE FLEET IN!!!", like a true alpha stud.

Ironically, I find it a bit difficult to distinguish Wrex and Wreav by their voices, while by appearance Wrex is easily spotted by the scars on his face.
