After reading through these responses I've noticed many people mentioning how politicians dye their hair. Some even say Reagan dyed his! Now, as a Conservative let me just say this--
If Ronald Reagan dyed his hair--and I'm not saying he did-- he only did it to stand up to the Communists.

Bailey underwent the same hair treatment too. I can see Udina being vain enough to dye his hair, what with images of the council being broadcast everywhere but Bailey? He never struck me as a person who'd care.
