I've been "perfecting" a game save for ME3 just like many of you. I've been through the game a few times now since release and, for some reason, I've run into a problem unlike before.

I just recruited Samara and I now want to do her loyalty mission before I move on to the Reaper IFF, but nothing I do is triggering this event to happen. I realize that your crew doesn't ask you for help right after you recruited them, and yet I've this has never been a problem in my other runs. I've always had everyone (aside from Legion obviously) loyal before the IFF mission.

Is there any resolution to this? The only mission I have left to do is "Arrival" but I was planning on finishing that AFTER the Suicide Mission for the sake of my own playthrough canon.

You can always use the "trick" of landing on the Normandy Crash site planet and leaving again to advance the conversations of crew. That is the only known planet that will advance a crew conversation without doing a mission. This should after a few landings push Samara into giving you the Loyalty mission.
