Same problem here. Phalanx, Avenger, and Tempest almost maxed out, and the only one out of the 3 I use is the Phalanx.

Why would that make me feel any better

I do have all the classes unlocked except Asari, and those are the only weapons I'm missing, so I'm not complaining too much.

But is one measly carnifex unlock too much to ask after being N7 level 90!?

Try starting a new class and testing out the weapons you did get.

I have a Mantis X which I earned only by playing my Vanguard. I decided to give it a spin and tried a Salarian Infiltrator to test it and I found that I love its set up almost as much as my Vanguard. I then earned a Revenant using my Infiltrator and knowing I'd never use it on him, I started a Turian Sentinel.

Use what you have. Try it out. The Tempest is a solid weapon in the hands of an Engineer or Infiltrator from what I've seen.

im N7 92. I have widow IV, carnifex I, claymore I, hornet but havent got the revenant that I wont use anyway. so your rolls havent been that good.

I'm level 90 lol, I have all the classes to at least level 11.

I just don't care for SMGs in ME3, too inaccurate to use at even medium range, and too weak to make up for it in close range. I'd prefer using a pistol in every situation.

I have all the weapons level 5+ but not a single character other than a drell vangaurd.

Consider yourself lucky you are just missing weapons...

Im a level 97..
I have yet to get the locust, revie,widow, or drell vanguard.
Im on Level 10 for predator, shruiken, tempest, mattock, phalynx, avenger, katana.
Im at carnifex level 4, claymore level 1, hornet level 3, viper level 9, scimitar level 9.

GRRR... i set out to get the revenant and the locust. WTF.

The rolls are exceedingly suspect. It is apparent they are not random at all, but rather influenced by what you currently own. For example, you are considerably more likely to get an upgrade for a weapon you have, rather than an entirely new weapon. Same goes for classes, I doubt I will get a new class until it maxes out the customisability for the classes I already own.  This is from experiences of getting the same thing three times in a row, in multiple instances.

As per example, it took me considerable playtime to get the Viper, yet now it pops every second crate.

They should have an upgrade crate, and a new stuff crate.

You don't have the Carnifex? No problem, just pay EA/Bioware $4.99 to instantly unlock 5 ranks of your favourite weapon. I'm sure that option will become available sooner or later.

I'm okay with having terrible luck in the DEMO.

I'll wait until the main release to start complaining. Hopefully first pack = Drell Vanguard/Geth plasma shotgun.

I have the widow, three claymores and a carnifex. I've been very lucky with weapons.

Widow 3, Hornet 5, Carnifex 2, No Rev or Claymore.

All other weapons rank 10.
