I've bought at least a dozen of the Recruit packs, and probably a half dozen Veteran packs. I've been awarded all kinds of character unlocks, only to find myself browsing through the available characters that I'm supposed to have, and discover that almost all of them haven't been unlocked. I didn't keep records, as I was just hoping for new weapon unlocks when I purchased the packs, and kept playing my human adept. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

They probably weren't character unlocks, but character training.

Dang it. Sorry for the confusion, I didn't know there was a difference. I'm playing on my roommate's horrible old TV with an RF adapter connection, and the text is barely discernable at best.
