Hello, I ran into the glitch on the side mission "Presidium Prophet" where it won't let me finish the mission. And I wanted to know if this will affect transferring my Mass Effect save to Mass Effect 2&3?

Will my ME1 transfer to ME2&3 still work and will all the choices I made still carry through even though I have an uncompleted mission?

All choices not made or incomplete will be just as if the mission wasn't attempted, and it doesn't carry over to my knowledge on that mission. So go ahead and continue into ME2 and you should have minimal or zero effect.
