A few years ago when EA merged their sites log in system with the social.bioware.com one this account somehow got unlinked from its existing profile. Every time I tried to log in I was asked to create a new profile and attempts to use the existing account name resulted in an error stating it was already in use and unavailable. Attempts to send friend requests or messages to the old profile (which still exists) go through and I get the notification email.

I would very much like to regain access to my original profile as it has games linked to it.

EDIT / UPDATE: I updated this account with my newer email account and sent another message to the old account (Aroth_Khashar) and the notifcation still appeared in the old, out of date, email inbox. It would appear that the account in question is still active but never got linked to an EA account in the cross over.
