Cryo sucked in ME1, because incendiary did the - accuracy and more damage, but in 2 with the squad ammo, wow. I still preferred incendiary though, because of regenerating vorcha and krogan. Entirely the krogan actually.. but only with the final explosive evolution. until then, I used the base cryo and ranked inferno toll later

Necromancy for the win!
I have no idea why people get annoyed at necro posts.

Anyway. Cryo element gets badly overlooked in my opinion.
This is a very useful ammo type that can make the game much easier as long as you can remove shields quickly.

Because with few exceptions, the necro post is an inane comment that adds nothing to the discussion that died long ago.

Cryo Ammo is nearly worthless in ME3. It's too situational and too slow. As far as ammo goes, you're 1000% better off priming somebody with Incendiary or Disruptor Ammo and detonating an FE or TB. Both of these ammos will effectively stun most if not all enemies in the game in far less time while doing far far more damage to boot.

Squad Cryo was good in ME2 because debuff and CC was king in that game. In ME3 you CC ppl by killing them faster.

Pretty much my thoughts exactly. The improved cc of Disruptor made Cryo obsolete, even before talking about tech bursts.

I assume you have a channel should be posted then? Anything to help keep the SP forums alive, right? lol

I lied though, it isn't 20hr of jokes.  Not exactly.

Yeah I guess it could be posted, but I should probably put it in the ME1 forum if I did.

I find cryo ammos synergy with incinerate spec'd for freeze combo to be quite good. Playing as an infiltrator who packs along a burst fire assault rifle, it primes just about every burst and sets up an awesome looking cryosplosion!

It is certainly a better investment for an infiltrator than those terrible sticky grenades. I swear the only time those things do any damage is when you stick them right on the enemies face.
