Co-operative is really challenging for one main reason. At the moment it's just individuals doing their own thing. I recon Bronze and even Silver is beatable with good teamwork. Trouble is a working headset is needed for this.
Do you know where I can get a working headset? Please place hyperlinks to relevant sites.
Where do I find a decent headset?

Well I just went to amazon. I haven't got mine yet, but when researching it the thing they said was to make sure you get a noise cancelling headset. If anyone else has good advice, I'd love to hear it.
Beyond that, you can shop around easily on whatever you preferred site is (for me it's always amazon

Best Buy and Walmart both sell them. I generally go between using my chat mike with my surround sound system, and using my Tritton AXPros Of course, a few weeks Razer's new Mass Effect headphones will be released. http://store.razerzo...uctID.245543100

Turtlebeach headphones
You can find these at most retail stores, they sound great and work on Xbox, PS3, and PC.

Personally, I find that there are three major companies for the headphone business for the 360: Turtlebeach, Gioteck and Tritton. All of these have pretty good capabilities and all have a good option for the 30-40 pound range. They're stereo, so you can hear all the game audio as well and any headset over £30 will generally have a dual-channel system to change audio or game chat to your liking. I'm using a gioteck EX-05, which is a firm option, but is pretty much identical to the Turtle beaches, from what I've tested. Just be careful if you're using an old console and HDMI, as in some cases you will also need to buy a RCA adapter.
If you want to play past midnight, these kinds of headsets are the way to go. You'll hear every little noise, from gunfire to explosions and know which direction it came from, and they are really difficult to break (they'll survive anything that you would expect to happen to them, just don't let your dog eat them, nothing survives that) and since you'll always be using them, you won't need to fumble in a drawer to put it on like many people do with their lesser chat-only mics.

That link's for the one that I'm using, if you aren't using Xbox, then if you just search Gioteck, this will most likely show up in its universal form (works on all the systems you can play mass effect on).
