Mattock / Phanlanx with scope and barell (aim / dmg)
Unbeatable in bronze and awesome in Silver didn't try gold. By the way what is the adrenaline bug you are refering to is it on certain platform, only happen once and a while? Because I sure remember having it all my dmg/shield while under adrenaline work correctly on XBox 360.

I play on Pc and I don´t know how often it happens to others,
but when I use Adrenalin Rush it simply doesn´t do anything in 80% of the time.
I get the "hive" effect on the armor, but no blury screen.
Aafter maxing it out my soldier recharges 20%-25% of his shield, which by the way should be 50%,
but he still get´s killed after a few hits, and needs exactly the same amount of shots of the same weapon against
the same type of enemies to take them down.

Here is what I do.
For Weapons I ONLY use a Geth Plasma Assault Rifle.
Build:
For Silver and Gold Grenades are useless since you cant get to a weapons cache quickly.
Thus you should focus on Adrenaline Rush and Concussion Shot.
Concussion Shot is your primary weapon as a Soldier. Focus on the abilities that allow you to do the most force and power damage, and have high recharge rate.
Adrenaline Rush for Gold should be more on the defensive side. Use it
to decrease the amount of damage you take by 40% and also double your
shields by 100%.
Alliance Training: The two options here are to increase your gun, or your force. In one of your human builds you may try to increase gun damage and headshot and thus aim for the head to do more damage. However its more useful if you focus on increasing your force. Since you can spam concussion you want it to be more powerful.
Fitness: This again depends if you run Gold or Silver. Fitness either buffs your melee or your health and shields. Since you don't melee much with this class you should buff your shields and health. On Silver you can get away with going melee for more damage, but again you don't melee as a human soldier so dont bother.
Strategy:
What you'll want to do is open with your Concussion, then AR, then spam Concussion. This way you will be juggling enemies and using your AR to
finish them off. In multiple groups you can also use concussion to interupt enemies as you gun them down. This is especially important against 1 shot enemies like Phantom and Banshee. A soldier can interupt their kill process, so you can actually save your party this way.

Which soldier is the most interesting to play in peoples opinion? I've got a turian soldier sitting at level 16 purely through cards and have resigned myself to having to play the class to get it up to level 20. I'll probably play silver so dont need a gold proof build. Any suggestions? I've got all the other races unlocked.
Batarian or Human Soldier are the two I prefer.

They're really, really not useless. Especially since they just got a mighty buff.
Also, nice rez.
