What's your favorite location in the ME Universe and perhaps even hope to re-visit in ME3?

Personally mine is Ilos. I doubt it'll be re-visited though.

The hub worlds of ME2. So the Citadel, Omega and Illium. I felt like they were really small and didn't represent the scale that they should have done. Hopefully ME3 may improve upon that.

Afterlife.

I'm not sure Omega would be worth visiting again though now that Cerberus has taken over.

Ilos. Seriously. If you wanted ME 1/2's experience condensed into a single level, Ilos is the man.

Ilos. And perhaps the planet with the gigantic blue star right next to it. Oh that frightened me haha.

What about that planet (I think it was ME1) - where you see a TIM like sun in the sky? That was pretty cool too.

Ilos (unlikely) and Maji (extremely unlikely). Both of them were breathtaking. Ilos both extremely beautiful, mysterious, and a bit cosmically horrifying; it reminded me of concepts by Feng Zhu. I'd love to see it in ME3's updated engine. Maji's skybox was almost equally incredible. Every time I see it, I think of Nightfall by Asimov.

Vermire was actually really pretty. Of course, it's probably not so scenic anymore, since we... well, you know, dropped a nuclear bomb on it.

Maybe the area it was dropped. Nuclear warheads don't decimate entire planets.

Decimate means kill one in ten. Nuclear warheads CAN decimate entire planets, if the explosion is big enough.

Would be interesting to go back and check out the crater.

The Citadel
And a the planet in ME1 you can land on and when you look up you see the huge planet that took the glancing blow from the weapon that killed the reaper, so frustrated that I can't remember the name right now.

Always imagined prothean art and architecture as somewhat Lovecraftian.

Is it a side quest planet?
What do you do on the planet when you are there?
