I won't say what that is because this is not the Spoilers forum, but if you want to be a "rock star" *ahem* in this game but haven't found the means, here is a legal trick.

If you have the Shale add-on, just travel back and forth between his site and Redcliffe. It is the shortest distance but all manner of things lie along the road. Of course, to really make use of this advice, you also need Warden's Keep.
