When you set it to public, does it match you up with other players automatically, or do you have to invite people to your party? If it's supposed to do it automatically, I can't get it to work. xD

If you created a lobby then other people will be able to join your match lobby. You can invite people if you want but you dont have to. But what I want to know is does it prevent certain players from joining the game lobby if they dont have the same DLCs. I tried having my friend join and he said the game was telling him because he didnt have my DLCs that he couldnt join my game lobby.
