 So, i just finnished the KoA demo for PS3, since I'm getting ME3 on that platfrom and want the weapon and armor. Thing is, there was no pop-up at any point in the demo saying I'd unlocked anything at all.

This is strange, since I got the PC demo for KoA on Steam, played it, and unlocked the ME3 stuff for the PC (it's right there on my bioware registered content page!) and there was a pop-up in game telling me!

Is the offer no longer in effect? Have I missed it? Or is there something wierd going on? 
Any help would be appreciated.

You must play the demo while signed in/online.
Also your PSN ID must be connected to your EA account: this operation can easily be done at the beginning of the demo or on your EA profile page, not on these forums.
Once you have played the entire demo (tutorial included) the messages should pop-up and everything will be saved on your EA profile: you can cancel the demo as well if you wish.

P.S.
The messages will actually pop-up in the demo main menu if your PSN ID is already linked but I suggest you to re-play it again.... just to be sure.

Thanks for the response, I should point out that my PSN and EA account are already linked (for ME2 and other games). When I played the ME2 demo (PS3) it mentioned connecting to the EA servers, but KoA makes no mention on the start screen. I did loose my internet connection while playing the KoA demo, but i reconnected every time it dropped out, could this be the issue?

UPDATE: replayed the demo and it mentioned connecting to EA servers this time, unlocked the armor, just waiting out the rest of the demo for the gun. My bad I guess, had nice pop-ups and everything, plus the KoA unlocks for the full game.
