Well the title says it all. As you remember Mass Effect 2 fonts were bigger to make the subtitles easier to read on TV.

Mass Effect 3 reverted this to the ME1's smaller fonts.

Bioware is notorious at this respect. You should look at SWTOR subtitles. I use glasses and not everbody can read those subtitles at Full HD Res on a 82 cm LCD TV.

For instance I have a visual impairement from birth: amblyopia. I am forced to sit in front of the screen at less than 1 meter.

Bioware please adress this. Not everybody has eagle sharp eyes. Besides since games are primarly made for consoles and consoles use TV screens and since reading at TV screens is harder than monitors by default I don't understand why they don't use bigger fonts.

An adjustable XML PC menu or something like that would be nice (like Star Trek Online). Please someone make this sticky. There are players like me who have diffuculties to read. At least add the "use bigger fonts" option like you did in Neverwinter Nights.

Seconded. Not to mention the blue and red conversation wheels are pretty hard to see being the overall style is pretty damn blue heavy. Not nit picky, I just honestly have trouble reading the subtitles.
