What's going on with me? SInce saturday I bought about 10-15 veteran packs and didn't get a single medigel from them? Am I on a really unlucky streak? All my weapon are at least lvl IV now, got tons of rockets etc but I just can't revive myself altough I'm hitting the gold levels now..

Unlucky it seems. Go for normal packs for a change. You get more packs per shot anyhows.

Buy recruit packs instead, they yield more consumable items like that.

You can have a lot of rockets, but you can only take 2 to each battle.. check your equipment screen... its like that with every support item (weapon packs, medi gels, rockets etc.)Arppis wrote...

When I have the launcher in my hands, do i have to aim by pressing left trigger (x360) and then shoot? Or can i just use the cross hairs and shoot?

You don't have to aim down sight (left trigger) to fire any gun. That simply makes you more accurate.
