What bonuses have been confirmed for ME3? (IE: Playing another game for special armor, following on twitter for a special gun, etc.)

Only items I know of are the Chakram Launcher and Reckoner-Knight Armor from Kingdoms of Amalur, and the Dual Omniblades for the ME3 demo.
Then again, if you want to count past armor sets as a "bonus unlockable", all of the ME2 armor sets and weapons (even the DLC packs) go over to the new game if you have them in a save file.
