OK, so I am playing through ME2 again before 3 comes out, and decided to purchase the only DLC I don't have already, Arrival.

Unfortunately, when I click the purchase button I am directed to this page, with the following error:

Oops!!

The page you are trying to access is not available.
This is typically due to an incorrect URL or old content.

The points that I purchased have been deducted from my account, but I have no code and apparently no way to download the content.

What do I need to do to resolve this?
