As an Infiltrator,  I just played two full Silver rounds last night with a team that had a very good, high-rank Asari Adept, and an excelletn, high-rank Sentinel.

The Asari Adept kept using Stasis in all the right places, and didn't try to play the role of Tank-Biotic.   Instead, he/she would Stasis high rank enemies, and I would headshot them.  Out in the open in Firehouse Red, we managed to hold off the entire wing of the Cerberus advance while the Sentinel tanked his way into the Data hack center, and held off the few attackers that made it his way.

During the final wave, there were two pahntoms and two nemsis badies coming in the hoard.  The Asari Adept and I managed to Statsis-Headshot both Phantoms while the Sentinel closed in with the Nemesis snipers.

There were two great saves during the match that really stood out.  When i went down, the Asari stasis held the Trooper as I was about to get executed, the Sentinel came in and revived me.

I got to repay the favor, headshotting a trooper that was about to execute the Sentinel, and Cloak-Reviving both of my teammates at least half a dozen times.

It was Awesome!...to actually have Teamwork on a well-balanced team.

That has so far been the only time I made it through Silver with a team of just 3.

I enjoyed reading that. Can't wait to have similar experiences with friends.

PS Was the Sentinel Turrian or human?

Great post! This is why I can't wait for the full game. Lot's more of these moments! Hopefully after a few months, the CoD Fanboys will get bored and the team players will remain.

That's awesome. When your team is firing on all cylinders, it's incredibly exciting :) Glad you had such a great experience!

I choosed a Asari Adept myself to be my favorite character to play. My team and I found it nearly impossible to beat the gold level without 2 adepts who do stasis on every phantom they see.
So yeah, if you got two good adepts with you gold is beatable. We did it yesterday once and today one time.

Firebase Ghost is a tough one though, the other map is easier to defend if you place your team in the "basement".
Keep in mind to keep your rocket launchers for the last wave(11) to kill the robots.

Best random team I had was 3 Asari Adepts and a Salarian Infi.

Fun times...

Also no 20 headshots as a Infiltrator? Shaaaaaaame!

I have to agree, I really like how the MP gameplay rewards cooperation and teamwork.

Love to play the Asari Adept. Especially against Guardians - there were loads of instances where I used "Throw" to push their shields to the side, allowing our Infiltrator to get an easy kill-shot in.

Granted, that's sort-of sacrificing my own kills, but teamplay is more important (and - with this kind of synergy - more fun!), plus I'm content "only" managing to get the 20 headshots badge anyways. M7 assault rifle + burst fire ftw. Makes me feel like a proper Asari Commando. :P

One of my two experiences with Silver [oddly both 100% successful] was with a team of 3 that was like a well oiled machine. IIRC a high level human adept, a high level asari adept, and maybe a good infiltrator.

After we had played a while [on Bronze] I figured out I was just better off holding the flanks / scouting phantoms / etc. while they did all the real work. They were simply lights-out!!

Note: They could have done Silver by themselves ... having someone watching flanks [and using MICs as appropriate] just made their jobs easier.

I usually play as Infiltrator (Salarian) with mantis. (Sniper rifle is too slow, I like to charge in)
or Asari Adept with phalanx.
I never take a second weapon - unless I want to test some new one.

Shame that most people (I mean 70% - 80% I see are humans)

I soloed Silver couple of times with both of them.
It's easier as Infiltrator (cloak + energy drain restores 100% shields if u use it correctly)
Asari Adept with Singularity in teamplay is gamechanger if player spams it (i do :))
Phantoms priority 1, avoid turrets.
Phantoms can be done solo easily with adept - singularity headshots (whatever weapon) + another singularity.
Infiltrator energy drain + shots = dead.

On teamplay I usualy love playing with atleast one adept, and one Krogan who really shines (soldier) then it's a piece of cake.

I must add- even playing solo and finishing silver isn't that rewarding than playing atleast with 2 people, so much fun :)

The most important thing is not to thing your Shepard himself when playing Silver+ first 5-6 waves are easy, then when phantoms + guardians step in at same time it's quite a new level.

Usually people die on wave 8-10 (9 is really hard)
and because they may be good soloing, they have forgot to teamplay.. when 4 phantoms start to chase you, you usually miss them and be dead.
+ they have already used their medigels on firat waves - which is utterly pointless.

Asari don't have singularity, and thank God for that!  Stasis FTW.

Right now for the demo, communication is generally low
in PUGs. Some of us don't have microphones. And I
have yet to figure out how to type out chat messages.

Anyhow, if you're a shooter in silver with an asari adept
in your group, be sure that you're aggressive with the headshots.
The asari player needs those bubbles to be popping off fast
to keep up with spawn rates. If they just sit there, then
the asari is forced to spend a gcd on throw, or aim
a few pistol shots to get the next stasis off.

So if you see that silvery bubble, snap off a head shot,
or anything to capitalize on the damage bonus. You
rip through enemies much, much faster with the asari
sets bubble, it's killed by someone else, asari sets
next bubble, etc...

sentinal Turian, the game is amazing you see all sorts, rolling Viper sniper + Phalax pistol, makes the class the perfect combo of close range (can 2 shot every class bar atlas with heavy melle) + long range rapid firepower (normally getting gold kill medal and sniper gold medal, melle gold, grab silver/gold and sometimes bronze assist ¬_¬)

the only thing I see is alot of people not reviving when there right next to people, often I have to sprint halfway across the map to revive someone that selirian infiltrator (ITS ALWAYS THEM) has just walked over and ignored. but havent failed a silver run in awhile, normally fail golds on wave 4-7 depends what the special op is had 2 gold wins so far both with asari adepts (id roll one if I didnt like sentinal so much)

I literally just this second finished a full extraction on Gold, a random lobby via the quickmatch. Was like a dream. I was playing the Asari, and everything I stasis'd, my teammates had the good sense to blow the head off within seconds. I don't think a single thing spawned in that game that I didn't trap and watch them destroy,

I frickin' love playing an asari Adept with a team that knows what they're doing.
