Least case scenario I would be a Alliance parliamentarian as that's probably what I'm gonna try to do in RL and best case Scenario N7 Trained SPECTRE proficient in the Mantis gunship and Alliance fighter as well as vehicles.

I'd open up a noodle shop on the citadel and convince all the aliens it was a rare delicacy back on earth and make major credits. then when I had enough money from that I'd buy my own ship and take my noodles to the different Home worlds before finally retiring. but then i guess that one npc has more then likely already beat me to this so idk.
