When you're fighting Geth, their Atlas-type enemy is a HUMAN REAPER!

Agreed, fighting a reaper would be amazing as a MP mission, like the hardest mission you have to unlock or something by completing all other areas.
So for me
1) Reaper
2) Collectors (they had some unique miniboss style enemies)
3) Geth (Colossus oh F yes)

Will be interesting what new troop types they give to Geth. Otherwise Cerberus and Collectors with be quite a bit harder and everyone will just choose Geth so it's easier.
The other weakness of Geth is that they are all synthetic which means some abilities work better.
