Funny story that...

I might have kitted out my adept in white and orange, according to a certain pro-human splinter group in the ME universe that happens to be one of my many enemies in multiplayer.

Otherwise, I just put on black with white highlight (creating a silver effect) and then use some kind of pattern and stuff.

On a side note - if it really bothers you with people playing how they want to on the game they bought with their money, get over it.

that's true, but good advice should always be welcome.

So I'm on a silver run and my partner's armors are color black and white, black, and white (maybee some gray too). I the middle of a wave (when it started gettin' crazy) I'm on a killing spree to save the run, then it happened. I mistook a partner for an enemy then got shot in the back by a Phantom.

So I have a theory, In Multiplayer, we should make our characters look like race cars, superheros, or convicts. The appearance should be loud! I don't care if it looks cool, just don't look like an enemy, or blend in to anything. Make the armor look like a Detroit pimp, or Liberachi. Make it loud, and maybe even ugly (ugly stands out). Some people get that right away. I think BW did too, that's why the default is red.

So what color scheme do you use and why?

When I'm playing as a Soldier, I haver to say, I've had this happen quite a few times.

I seriously do not understand Teammates who wear the enemys color, it just doesn't make sense.

That's really not what this about.

It's about his Teammates wearing the enemy's color, it really just doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Yeah this demo really cost us and arm and a leg. >.>;

For the most part, the issue is how easy it is to confuse a player character w/ the cerberus mobs in the heat of battle You can play your game how you want...but if how you play makes it harder for your team, we have equal rights to call you out on it :)

I have always wore the "enemy's color" and never received a complaint. Prpbably because there's a name above my head. I wonder why they put that there...

I like to change my character's color based on what map it is. Brown and tan for Benning, white and black for Noveria. I do the same in SP.

I've seen like three different pink Krogan. It's fantastic.

As for me, I usually roll green & red Vanugard. With my blue biotics, I'm a charging christmas tree of death.

haha agree 100% OP, since day 1 my characters have been bright green.
Sure grey, black & white look the best but these colours what could be the difference finishing early.
Ive alwyas thought it makes it easier for my team mates to see me.

Ive end up shooting at my team mates as an instant reaction then get shot from the sides from the actualy enemy. So far havent gone down but sooner or later it will happen. Oh well.

The white tendancy is a pain, isn't it? And anyone who's played many Multiplayer games will know that players love white armour, or black armour. Generally dull armour.

Meanwhile, I keep my armour a subtle green, with silver stripes if I can help it.

I'm a turian who uses glowing orange tech armor.

If you can't tell me apart from cerebrus soldiers and giant mechs because i'm wearing dark colors then that's your problem.

Just give the characters Alliance blue color. Thats what I do. Primary color Black and Secondary Blue, it looks good and fits the human characters well.

I don't think anyone can mistake my Vanguard for anything. Charging all the time seems to make it hard for my friends to shoot me.

What's wrong with all black? I'm supposed to be a stealthy character.

Yes I agree. People should at least avoid having much white on their armor. I mostly use black cause I usually don't bother to get a cool appearance with diff colors.  I have mistaken an ally for being a Cerberus troop and getting myself killed.

*Liberace... sorry, but that was bugging me. I too have shot my fair share of team mates wearing any combination of white, black and orange. Cerberus colors, ya know? Or just... in the heat of battle you've got that adrenaline rush going. Ain't no thing. I tend to go with bright colors and weird matches meself. My lights are yellow.

Partial colorblindness is a pain, and my reaction time is sometimes a little two fast. I've chucked a Warp at my teammates from time to time thinking they were the enemy.

That said, I go with Yellow Primary, Purple Secondary, Pattern and Lights. I think it looks a little TOO good, to be honest. I do wonder how that would look on a Krogan...
