Hello,

While trying to buy a number of DLC packs for Mass Effect 2, I purchased the Overlord DLC pack twice on accident... I'd like to either have my BioWare points refunded, or this DLC swapped for the Arrival DLC I actually wanted to buy.

I have contacted EA support, but they were of very little help (did take more than an hour to figure out they couldn't help, though) but pointed me to this website.

Hope someone here can help me.
