a) When an enemy is killed, do all of your party members get equal experience points or does the person who actually got the last strike in, OR did the most damage on the enemy, get the experience?  How does that work?

B)  Do party members who are not currently in use gain experience?  If so, how much XP do they gain in relation to the party members being used?

c)  Why is it sometimes that when I switch a party member with someone else, one or two characters in my current party magically level up?  Seems like a bug to me; I really don't know what's going on there.

a) I believe everyone gets xp, the final-blow-dealer gets a small bonus

B) they gain the same as if they were in the party, but not dealing any final blows

c) good question, I got that sometimes too, no idea why. Maybe the out-of-party experience is actually calculated as an average of other party members? (and the average is only recomputed when a person is in the active party) ... or something. I dunno.

Xp is divided up equally between your party members I don't believe you get more xp for having fewer members in your party.

Anyone who falls more than one level behind you will automatically be given enough XP to reach the level below you for this reason no needs to gain XP outside of your party.

Everyone gets equal experience.

Party members in camp don't get XP per-se. They get XP up until their next level, then start rounding for every level thereafter. I'm not sure how to describe it accurately. If you leave a companion in camp for a long while, when you finally pick them up, they'll have gained levels, but they'll have 0 XP to the next level.
