The fun I'm getting out of this demo is already on higher levels than I get from most games, right now I'm literally more excited to play the full game because of full scale multi, more enemies types, unlocks and more maps than I was because of the single player experience...

I'd like to say - this is a great success, while everyone was sure that the MP will be an addition not too many people will enjoy and play, and a lot will whine about - it shows up it's a triple A standalone experience.

I still can't understand WHY I like it so damn much. It completely baffles me.

The negatives are there. The cover/movement system isn't the same quality as Gears. It's glitchy. The animations are stiff and sometimes not even that good at all.

But something about it... I'm just addicted. I didn't want it to fail, but I expected it to be mediocre. I've been proven wrong. And I admit it.

Very true, I invested more time in this demo than in most games I've played so far. I cannot wait for the full game to come out. It's gonna be LEGEN... wait for it.. DARY!

I was suppost to play MW3 until ME3 comes out. But the demo has killed off that plan. ;)

It's probably the RPG elements. There is a surprising amount of depth there.

Outside of bronze you just can't shoot blindly, you have to think.

I was frimly in the "I don't want multiplayer in Mass Effect camp " but the demo has really changed my mind about that. I would never have thought that a "Horde" mode in this franchise would be so addictive or so much fun.

Same here. I was initially hesitant to try MP out and now that's the only thing I'm playing for these next few weeks until the game releases. Even though I've died a lot (sometimes due to poor teams, sometimes due to my foolish mistakes), I still come back for more. There's just that feeling of adrenaline when you're fending off waves of Cerberus units. There's enough action to keep me glued to a match in its entirety (usually between 17-20 minutes for me). Also, I think I might miss the "real-time" feel of using powers during battle when I play SP (which I will do once or twice first before moving on to MP).

The Multiplayer is bejond exciting (beyond- I speak too many languages haha)! I replay Single player when I eat between matches lol. You can't deny the quality of the opening sequence!

Also, it's great to test new combos of powers, without worrying about them being permanent!

It's also going to make Insanity feel a bit...lackluster.

"Oh an Atlas mech...just one? How terrifying..."

Changing my Soldier Shepard to Vanguard now that I played it in MP. Just need to come up with canon to fit it.

While I am EXTREMELY excited about single player, I can honestly say I will probably be playing MP on launch day. At least for a little while...

Same here, I thought it was going to turn out to be a very mediocre
mode  like most other multiplayer modes that get added to singleplayer francises that I wasn't going to play. I am pleasantly supprised by how much I am enjoying it

I didn't care much for multiplayer when they announced it but now that I have tried it I love it. It just feels unlike any shooter I have ever played. I love having to empoly strategies, tactics and plan ahead, and that is exactly what matters in multiplayer here. It isn't so straight-forward.

I keep telling myself to stop playing after a day is over *starts ME 3 demo multiplayer the day after*.

What. I don't even care about the SP anymore. It's a fun distraction but the main meat is the Multiplayer. Sorry but there aren't many ways I can keep replaying a Mass Effect game!

Honestly it's probably because it is single player, with 3 other people, you don't have the RPG stuff however the 'horde' mode gameplay is pretty much what single player fights are, the only difference is multiplayer is contained on a smaller map and you have actual people as your team.

Strange as it is I'll probably be hitting up the multiplayer before I start on the singleplayer, if only to check out what maps and other options we get.

I agree with you, mister.

It's been amazing time sink. I just love the Mass Effect gameplay. I think it was wise for Bioware to go for this direction, instead of point & click strategy route. Now they even got amazing coop in the game.

:)

Now they just need to make story-based scenarios for players to play, with conversations and all that and they have the ideal game!
