I'm running the game in WIn7 Pro x64 with no troubles. I do know that just prior to trying to play for the first time, the game threw up a message stating that I needed to update my PhysX driver to play the game properly. Maybe you need to do something similar before you can play on your system?

I'm running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. No troubles here.
Did you try?:
- updating you video drivers
- checking that you have the most recent version of direct x
- uninstalling and reinstalling the demo (possible corrupt files)
Not sure what could cause incompatibility. If none of those work, try contacting EA support.

Thx for the answers !!!
I update the VGA drivers , the directX version is the latest , then re-install the game
Now , I don't get the error message , but the game doesn't start , after the "Mass Effect 3 Demo is starting" , this windows disappear and nothing happen
