 Today i told my friend to try the demo and in his starter pack he got a krogan soldier first recruit pack he got a asari adept and his first veteran pack he got a quarian engineer. Which kinda got me mad because i havent even got ONE new character and my N7 level is 70. The only good thing about this is that all my shotguns, assult rifles (but my revenant 3),pistols,half of my smgs, and my mantis are level X but i rarely use any of them.

Yes. I was lucky enough to get the Turian Sentinel in the starter pack, and two friends of mine got the Salarian Infiltrator and the Asari Adept in the starter.

I haven't been very lucky with characters. But I did pick up a drell vanguard today which I really wanted so I was pleased with that. Sucks you can end up getting the same character again, maybe you should be able to trade doublers with other people.

I've only had two character, both human. Although tbh I'm loving my female human infiltraitor! Sadly I keep unlocking the same weapons all the time too.

4 veteran packs that i bought throught my human soldier career i got a quarian engineer. 3 packs later a turian sentinal and 4 more later an asari adept. realy realy want a krogan soldier. after my asari im gettin same weapons with useless upgrades.

lvl 45 or something, only character I have is salarian infiltrator which I don't care for. Been hoping for asari adept or drell vanguard but no such luck. I also keep getting smg and shotgun upgrades even though I'm a purely pistol and sniper rifle kinda guy. It's... frustrating... to say the least.

It's a good thing I thoroughly enjoy human adept I guess.

Jesus.  I'm never going to moan again about my unlocks.  Level 80 with only one alien unlock is mental.  Seriously unlucky.

Yep...
I have now played on PS3 & 360...
Since day 1. I have only unlocked a Salarian on 360 & An Asari(from the free starter pack) on PS3.
No Drell.
No Turian.
No Krogan.
No Quarian.

Also on a side note,I prefer the M8 Avenger & Carnifex which both happen to be in the recruitment packs.
Although I am interested in getting my hands on the Locust or new smg.

Still days later and I have none of it... But I see ppl who have just started playing with the unlocks I want. I just simply can not have. How Awesome this mp is. I was all hyped up to play with different alien races, especially the Quarians. Now I am getting burnt out & demotivated by the random unlocks,MP glitches,& rage quits. I am no longer looking forward to MP come March 6th, Nope I will SP. When I am done with SP, I may end up on Resident Evil,completely shunning the ME MP.

I will not recommend this Horde want to be MP to anyone.
Also the Demo is "33%" better on 360... More ppl,better graphics(Frame rate) and less glitches.
But I am just speaking from my personal experience and it is beginning to become a chore.

My N7 rank is like 57 or something and I have a Salarian Infiltrator and a Turien Sentinel... I've unlocked two gold guns, the hornet and the revenent... I wouldn't say I'm the luckiest but I'm definitly luckier then some

I have bought many, many veteran packs and I only got humans (male or female), quarian engineer and turian sentinel. I got phalanx, hornet, revenant, mattock, scimitar. However, most of the time I just get more of what I have, which is really annoying.

I'm very hangry and bored to wait to unlock new charapter, 116000 credits and no one news item or charapter! it's absurd.. Almost a incursor salarian if I can't get quarian or asari almost a salarian.

I wait the 9th for full release. <_<

the unlock system seem like a bad joke seriouly it's like EA finally forced it's nose in the way bioware desing it's game

will bioware be the next Westwood?


also the Bioware rep said there will be even more varied content in the real game as in you will have to gind even more because instead of 6 useles weapon you can unlock there will be 12

I (we) chewed through to rank 115 to finally get my Turian Sentinel. Which is the only class I am truly interested in playing, even in retail. When I finally got it, I let out a sigh of relief. No more stupid grind to get the class I wanted to play almost a week ago. Yes, MP itself was fun, and the people I played with amazing, but I was basically cheesing through with an Asari Adept (and tag teaming with my boyfriend to farm silver/gold, love you to bits for it) to get the heap of creds required to appease fortuna and bless me with that card.

Why? Who thoguht it was fun to play random classes until one can pick the "one" ?
