 For my Krogan Soldier i have one hotkey, its my carnage, no medi-gel, no rockets, no ammo, or any other skill just my carnage which is bound to 2, help?

try to restart your game, i had that too when I changed characters in between matches.
After i restarted, the hotkeys were there.

It's a bug. I usually play with my Origin friends so I can log out and relog into the same game. This fixes it.

Wow, I was wondering what was happening when I encountered that problem just a little while ago. I wonder if their performance analyzer sees what we see?

This happens when you switch characters in a lobby.

Leave the lobby, switch characters, then rejoin and you won't have the issue.
