 Ok i played the ME3 DEMO and I got few questions:

1.Why is Cerberus against Shepard?(is it because he destroyed the Collector tech in the last mission of ME2?)
2.What is going to happen with Cerberus Crew who were on Shepards ship on ME2 (Jacob and Miranda) are they going to betray Shepard or are they going to be his allies?

Obvious spoilers ahead..

1. I believe Cerberus has been indoctrinated (Mind controlled by the Reapers). 
2. From what I heard Garrus and Tali are the only returning squadmates from ME2. Everyone else has been demoted to temp squadmate or a cameo. This is what people who read the leak have been saying at least. I am still holding out hope that Bioware will surpise us and let some of the ME2 squad be "perma-squaddies" (Mostly Jack, but I'll take Miranda, Legion, Thane and Grunt too). As far as I know everyone in your squad is still your ally, Though I'm not sure what happens with Miranda and Jacob as far as their relation to Cerberus. I'd rather find out on March 6th, but I'm sure someone will inform you.

Im pretty sure that Jacob is back and is no longer with Cerberus, and I have no idea about Miranda

Miranda is back in a temp role like everyone from ME2
