Newly added (confirmed)
- Multiplayer coöp. Playing as an customizable soldier from one of several races, you face off against a stream of Husks and/or Cerberus troops (depending on how the host sets the game). Max 4 players and with 3 available difficulty levels. Just like in single player, your character will get a skill tree that can be levelled to your liking. Confirmed max level is 20.
- Readiness level. Branched off the multiplayer coöp, you'll have a readiness level. This multiplayer aspect starts off at 50% readiness, and can go up max to 100% through playing and winning matches. It isn't completely known yet whether bad results willl take this readiness down. Debate atm is still raging about that one.
- More flexible Shephard. Shephard can act out more moves. Is kinda necessary though, since the opponent AI has received a major upgrade. Unsure as of yet whether the infamous party AI of ME2 has received an upgrade too.
- More skill upgrading choice. Starting at the 4th branch out of 6 at an skill, you can choose 2 ways to go. Generally spoken 1 choice boosts your defensive prowess more and other boosts your offensive prowess.
- Galaxy at War Assets. Earned both during SP and MP, Galaxy at War Assets influence the galactic resistance against the Reapers. The more war assets you have, the better chance you have to save the whole galaxy (aka all races) from impending doom.
- Multiple endings - as in, way more. At least 6 different endings are planned (if I've got the number wrong, please correct me). There's one perfect ending, which can be achieved through different means. The perfect ending means all civilizations, planets etc are saved from the Reapers. It is confirmed the Reapers will never win. However, it might cost the galaxy a lot depending on how you play your 'cards'. The perfect ending is confirmed to be obtainable through playing only SP, however unconfirmed rumours tell it might be nigh impossible if you make the wrong choices or miss quests.
The ending you get seems to be determined through both your choices as well as your GAW score... this is calculated by multiplying your raw GAW score of the current playthrough with your current Readiness % (always at least 50%). So, real GAW = raw GAW * R%.
Unconfirmed features
- Readiness decay. According to sources, each day your Readiness % decays with 1% till it hits the bottom of 50% (so if your Readiness was 100%, after 50 days it's back to the starting readiness). No comments as of yet from Bioware about it.
Disappeared features
- Manually holstering weapon. This as of the demo seems to have disappeared. Currently a petition is going on to have it put back in the game. Even if Bioware succumbs to this, it likely will be brought back with an patch at a point after release.
If you have an question, an comment or did I miss/overlook something or put something down wrong, please don't hesitate to either reply in this thread or PM me.

Seriously? Witcher 2 had about 16 endings or so I've heard, I am surprised and somewhat embarassed to think ME3 will have less than 10.- Multiple endings - as in, way more. At least 6 different endings are planned (if I've got the number wrong, please correct me).

The game plays out much differently based on your choices but honestly, the endings of Witcher 2 all end up very similar with some small details changing here and there. I'd rather have 6 drastically different outcomes than 16 variations of the same cut scene.

That interview said there were 6 key endings, but there were several variations of each.
