 This is really weird. This is about my 9th playthrough. I am starting to wonder what is up with the way this game was coded? During this playthrough I noticed a lot of weird things that I never noticed the million other times I beat it. For one, I was noticing sometiems Harbinger would say dialogue he never said to me before usually he just says the same two things over and over but this time im like WTF hes saying a LOT of stuff I never heard before. Now on the final fight of the game when he takes over a new Collector and I kill them he drops a box that gives me 100 credits each time I kill him. I know for SURE this never EVER happened to me before. Its just really weird. Its a very noticeable box at that

Yeah, it's an ammo box (box normal and heavy ammo). It's a way to prevent players to run out of ammo in the final fight.

Its very odd...Maybe because I was always running around for ammo before? It never happened before..but this time he dropped heavy ammo and credits...dont understand why he would drop credits.

Why is it odd? If your heavy ammo is full, you get 100 credits, just like medigel if you've reached your limit. What's odd is that you're in your 9th playthrough and haven't noticed that.

Its odd that it has never happened before, EVER. Why you think I made a topic about it?

%90 of the time I would use the Collector particle gun as my heavy weapon and during that final fight I never found much use for it. So I never used heavy weapons during that final fight and always had them at full ammo.

He never in any of my playthroughs dropped ANTYHING what so ever. I know this because you pick the stuff up just like thermal clips, by walking near them. %90 of the time I would kill him he had me backed up into a corner 2 feet away from me. Its impossible for me to have just missed it that many times.

The fact I did fire my heavy weapon this time around seemed to have changed that. He never dropped money before...he didnt drop anything. Its just weird...that and the dialogue he never mentioned before.

What classes did you play before and which are you playing now?

I ask because I wonder how Harby's Power Cell drops work, if it depends on the percentage of ammo you have left, because it does seem to be random sometimes, with the frequency of his drops.

What do you want me to say? I don't know how the loot mechanics exactly work, but the Harbringer drops heavy ammo in that fight sometimes. If you've never found that before, well, there's a first time for everything. You know now.

For the record, I usually bring the Cain to that fight at 200% (so two shots) and kill the boss before I have a chance to get the ammo for a third shot (sometimes the Harbringer doesn't even show up if you're fast enough), so I haven't studied the drop rating carefully, I just know that it happens, sometimes.

Oh, sorry for any misunderstanding, my question was directed to PHub88, I would like to know which class was this being experienced with since I didn't see it mentioned, and then I tried to give a reason why I was asking in the first place, after the question, hope that clears this up a bit.

As far as I am aware it only happens during the fight with the human reaper.
