I agree. Wreav seems like a talker while Wrex isn't. Everyone knows to watch out for the quiet ones, because they're the ones who don't need to talk crap to prove they can rip you to shreds. The quiet ones are also much more contained and in-control, which makes them even more dangerous because they turn their rage into a weapon rather than their rage turning them into a weapon. Not to say Wreav can't rip someone to shreds, but he certainly is not Wrex.

I've done it on one of my playthroughs. If you'd like my save file of Anderson Shepard, I can share it. He's the test character whose purpose is to get by with a minimum of people being recruited/dying.

It isn't actually. I had a playthrough without wrex, tali, or garrus.
