So I unlocked Asari Biotic and it is a lot of fun to go sniper rifle+stasis and headshot stuff (I dont cary any other weapon with me lol to decrease recharge time) and its so much fun.
My question is... I am currently using the Mantis snippy... is the widow much better? is the weight worth the damage? I play silver and sometimes bronze and I do ok tbh

And I would change that sniper to a carnifex. The results are about the same and your recharge times are much better. And you will want to spam stasis on higher difficulties. Even with 2s recharge it easily gets bad on gold when 2x2 phantoms are charging on different flanks...

There is no other upgrade. Its Bubble or nothing.

I just got the viper sniper rifle and I can safely say that its much better than the mantis. Its less of a peashooter than it was in ME2, but no longer completely semi automatic. Six shots in relatively rapid succession, two will bring down an unshielded enemy, and you have around 60. It made my infiltrator much more bearable.
