Perhaps you'd like to rethink that list?But even it's the slightest thing--Liara explaining things during playing LotSB, or party interaction in DA related to things with the PC--romance, non-romantic relationships, plot points--you have story and gameplay interplay.
Most of Liara's exposition is entirely removed from the gameplay. The parts that aren't can actually play just as well with a god-mode editor to breeze through the battles without the gameplay to test them.
Dragon Age ambient dialogue was triggered by location, rarely enemies, and for testing purposes even those would still work just as well if you had a 'kill all enemies' command to pass the fights (and the gameplay).
Romance dialogue and relationships were never gameplay-oriented, they were dialogue segments removed from the gameplay.
